We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically as you use the Services, and information from third parties in certain limited cases.
Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter, download a free resource, submit a contact form, or run the Med School Chances Calculator
- Information you enter into the Med School Chances Calculator, including GPA, MCAT score, clinical hours, shadowing hours, research experience, leadership experience, and related data
- Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors, not stored by us) when you purchase paid products or services
- Communications you send to us via email, contact forms, or reply to newsletters
- Information you provide when joining the Pre-Med Community Skool community
- Any additional information you voluntarily share when interacting with the Services
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and duration of visits, collected via cookies and analytics tools
- Interaction data with the Services, including click behavior, form submission behavior, and email opens and clicks

Email subscribers who are inactive for more than 24 months may be removed from our list. Calculator data is retained for as long as your email remains active on our list.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable third-party service providers with their own security practices, and access controls. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us at admin@premedcommunity.com.
Users between 13 and 18 should have parental consent before providing personal information or making purchases.
International users
