A fresh look at your next application
Reapplicant Diagnostic
An unsuccessful cycle can leave you with more questions than answers. Review the evidence you have, identify the changes most worth making, and decide when you will be ready to reapply.
Secure checkout. Intake and scheduling details follow your purchase.

The right fit
Do not repeat a cycle without learning from it.
A diagnostic is useful when you need to distinguish the changes you can act on from the parts of an admissions outcome you cannot know for certain.
You are unsure what held you back
Look across academics, experiences, writing, school selection, timing, and interviews without assuming there was one decisive flaw.
You have new information
Bring interview results, school feedback if available, updated experiences, and any changes since you applied.
You need a reapplication decision
Discuss what should change before another cycle and whether your proposed timeline gives those changes room to matter.
Exactly what you receive
A structured review, not a guess
We review what you submitted and what happened, then separate evidence, uncertainty, and next steps.
- Prior-cycle reviewReview of your intake, application materials and timeline, interview history, and any feedback you received.
- 75-minute diagnostic sessionDiscuss plausible weaknesses, strengths to preserve, and the tradeoffs in your next-cycle timing.
- Reapplication Action PlanReceive a written summary of findings, priority changes, open questions, and a practical path toward a stronger application.
The deliverable
Know what to change, and why
Your written plan distinguishes what the available evidence suggests from what remains unknown. It identifies the changes worth prioritizing and the decisions that should be settled before you submit another application.
Illustration of the deliverable. Your actual plan will reflect your materials and diagnostic call.

The process
From prior cycle to next plan
A careful review before the call lets us spend the session on the highest-value questions.

- 1. Share your prior cycleComplete intake and provide relevant application materials, results, and school feedback if available.
- 2. Meet for 75 minutesExamine evidence, plausible gaps, and the most important reapplication decisions.
- 3. Use your Action PlanReceive written priorities and a path for making meaningful changes before you reapply.
Purchase first. PMC will follow up with intake and scheduling instructions.

Why Wil
An honest read, grounded in admissions experience
Wil Caruso, MD, founded PreMedCommunity after navigating the path to medicine as a first-generation applicant. He conducted and scored MMI interviews for medical-school admissions and later participated in an anesthesiology residency admissions committee.
He will help you assess your prior cycle without false certainty or easy promises. The aim is to understand what your materials and outcomes can tell us, identify meaningful changes, and leave with a plan you can use.

Supporting a student after an unsuccessful cycle?
A parent can purchase a diagnostic. The adult student remains the client and chooses whether a parent joins or receives the plan.
Questions
Before you book
Can you tell me why I was rejected?
No outside advisor can know every school's reasoning. We can review your application and cycle results, identify plausible concerns, and distinguish supported conclusions from uncertainty.
What should I send before the session?
Complete the intake and share the application materials and cycle details you have, including school list, submission dates, interview invitations, and any feedback from schools. You do not need every item to book.
Does this include essay rewriting or a new school list?
No. The diagnostic produces a prioritized reapplication strategy, not rewritten essays, a researched school list, or ongoing advising. We can identify where those services may be useful.
Should I reapply immediately?
That depends on what has changed and what still needs attention. The session is designed to help you evaluate readiness and timing, not to push you toward a particular cycle.
Can a parent pay for or attend?
Yes, a parent may purchase the session. An adult student chooses whether a parent attends or receives a copy of the Action Plan. We work with the student as the client.
How do I schedule or get help?
