One application cycle. Connected support.
PMC Premier: Full Application Support
One clear plan for the entire application cycle. From deciding how to present your story to preparing for interviews, PMC Premier gives you a consistent advisor, defined reviews, and a written roadmap.
Start with a short fit form, or enroll directly if you are ready. Both paths include a fit and capacity check before work begins.

The right fit
For the applicant who wants the pieces to work together
A focused session can answer one question. Premier keeps the strategy connected as your application, school decisions, secondaries, and interviews unfold.
You want continuity
Work with an advisor who knows your background instead of restarting your story at every major decision.
You want substantive feedback
Get defined review rounds on your primary and selected secondaries, while keeping every submission authentically yours.
You want a plan you can use
Turn advice into a written roadmap with priorities that can be revisited as the cycle changes.
Exactly what is included
Full-cycle support, with a defined scope
One named application cycle, up to 15 months from kickoff. Your start and end dates are confirmed before enrollment.
- Eight private meetingsOne 75-minute diagnostic, five 60-minute strategy meetings, and two 60-minute mock interviews with feedback. Meetings are placed around useful milestones, not automatically monthly.
- Personalized written roadmapReceive an initial roadmap after the diagnostic, with updates before primary submission and as interview preparation begins.
- Primary application reviewOne complete review for coherence and positioning, including your personal statement and work/activities entries, plus one additional review of your revised personal statement.
- School and secondary strategyDiscuss up to 25 applicant-selected schools and receive one written feedback pass on up to 15 secondary responses across up to eight schools.
- Interview preparationComplete two mock interviews with feedback or scorecards and a focused plan for what to practice next.
- Defined between-meeting accessSend one consolidated question email per month for clarification and decisions. Our target response is three business days; additional document reviews are not included.
Review targets after complete materials arrive: five business days for the full primary and three business days per secondary response. Send deadline-sensitive work at least seven calendar days ahead. Rush review is not promised.
The written deliverable
A roadmap that stays useful as the cycle moves
Your plan brings your priorities, positioning, timeline, school considerations, and next decisions together. It is updated at two important points, so you are not left with advice that only fit the day of your first call.
For example, an update might shift attention from strengthening the primary application to choosing which secondary prompts need the most work, then to practicing the stories you will use in interviews. Your actual recommendations depend on your application.

How Premier works
Preparation, guidance, and follow-through
We begin with your full picture, work through the decisions that matter at each stage, and leave you with coordinated feedback and next steps.

1. Confirm fit and your cycle
Share your stage, goals, and materials. We confirm scope, capacity, and the service dates before work begins.
2. Work through the cycle
Use meetings and written reviews where they can change decisions: primary, school choices, secondaries, and interviews.
3. Keep the plan current
Receive a roadmap, milestone updates, and interview feedback you can act on.
The Premier investment
One coordinated package, not a collection of disconnected sessions
The value is in continuity: one advisor who knows your application, planned review capacity at the stages that need it, and feedback you can use before the next decision.
$4,500
Introductory price. PMC plans to increase the price to $6,500; no end date has been announced. The current checkout price controls.
This is a one-cycle package, not unlimited access. The exact allowances are listed above and confirmed in your enrollment agreement.
The short fit form is the recommended first step. If you buy directly, PMC still confirms fit and availability before work begins.
Clear expectations
Know what you are committing to
Premier is designed to reduce uncertainty about the service, not to promise an admissions result.
Fit and capacity first
If you buy directly and PMC cannot take your case or provide the agreed service window, you receive a full refund before work begins.
A first-milestone checkpoint
After the diagnostic and first roadmap, you may stop within seven days if no further meeting or review has been used. PMC retains $995 for that completed milestone and refunds $3,505 of a $4,500 purchase.
Written scope and support
Your agreement sets out the deliverables and service dates. Questions about purchase, scheduling, or a missing deliverable? Contact PMC so we can address it.
No interview or admission outcome is guaranteed. Work already delivered and additional services used after the first milestone are governed by the enrollment agreement.

Your advisor
A perspective across the application and interview process
Wil Caruso, MD, founded PreMedCommunity after navigating the path to medicine as a first-generation applicant. He conducted and scored MMI interviews for medical-school admissions and later participated in an anesthesiology residency admissions committee.
Premier is structured to pair that perspective with consistent, personalized work across your cycle rather than leaving you to connect separate pieces of advice yourself.

Helping your student navigate the application cycle?
A parent may purchase Premier. The adult applicant remains the client and decides whether a parent attends meetings or receives materials.
Questions
Before you decide
Is Premier the right fit if I only need help with one part of my application?
Probably not. A focused consulting service may be a better fit. Premier is for applicants who want connected support across one full cycle.
Do you write my essays or submit my application?
No. We provide strategy and feedback within the review allowances above. You write, approve, and submit your own materials; the final application must accurately represent your experiences.
Are calls and essay reviews unlimited?
No. Premier includes eight meetings, one full primary review plus a second personal-statement pass, and one feedback pass on up to 15 secondary responses across up to eight schools. The service ends after the agreed cycle and does not roll into a new one.
What if a deadline is close?
We target five business days for a complete primary review and three business days per secondary response after receiving complete materials. Submit deadline-sensitive work at least seven calendar days ahead; rush turnaround is not guaranteed.
What happens after I submit the fit form?
PMC reviews your stage and goals. If the service appears appropriate, we may invite you to a private 15-minute fit call before enrollment. The form is not a commitment to buy.
Can I purchase without a fit call?
Yes. You can enroll directly, then complete intake. PMC confirms fit, capacity, and your service dates before work begins; if PMC cannot serve you, you receive a full refund.
Do you guarantee an interview or acceptance?
No. Admissions decisions belong to each medical school. Premier provides advising, review, and practice, not a guaranteed outcome.
Find out whether Premier fits your cycle.
Tell us where you are and what you need. We will help you determine whether full-cycle support makes sense, or whether a smaller service is the better choice.
