A single interview station is not very reliable on its own. That is not my opinion. It is what the research found. The original study on the multiple mini interview (Eva, Rosenfeld, Reiter and Norman, Medical Education, 2004) Oxford Academic reported an overall reliability of about 0.65, and found that how you do at one station does not predict how you do at the next. That is exactly why schools run many short stations instead of one long interview.
