Why prepare with Wil?
I’m Wil Caruso, MD. At the Medical College of Georgia, I interviewed and scored MMI applicants. I also served on an anesthesiology residency admissions committee.
I have been on both sides of the table: evaluating applicants in MMI interviews and helping premed students prepare to tell their own stories. That perspective lets me turn what I have learned into practical exercises that go beyond stock answer formulas. I made this course to teach the often-overlooked skills of reading a prompt, choosing a specific example, explaining your judgment, and staying composed when a question surprises you. The strategies reflect my educational perspective, not the policies or internal process of any school.
